The 2011 Silverstone Classic has been and gone. The Register had a small display on the Village Green, opposite more than 100 Ferraris and an uncountable number of Jaguar E-types celebrating their 50th Anniversary.  J-types in attendance were 5003 NX, 8444 UA and 344 CNM.

Despite heavy rain on the Friday night, all three days were fine and sunny. Racing was uninterrupted, organisation was first class, all-in-all a feast for all senses.

High point of the weekend was when Glynn was invited to drive 344 CNM round the circuit on the club parade – fantastic!
